Spenser Rocky
Owner-Operator
Spenser created Rocky Capital Management to invest in BC-based small business, providing BC business owners with a flexible exit option.

In May 2022 Rocky Capital made its first acquisition, acquiring strata property management firm C&C Property Group. Spenser has been the owner/operator of C&C since then.

Spenser has prior experience as Director & GM of Parkland Fuel's cardlock (truck stop) business, a division with $50M of EBITDA and 20,000 customers. He previously worked on Parkland's Corporate Development team, where he had a leading role on six acquisitions ranging from $5M to $1.6B.

He also previously worked in CIBC's mid-market commercial banking group, first as a loan analyst then an account manager, lending $1-5M to small businesses in BC's Interior.

​Spenser grew up in Richmond, BC where he now lives again after 12 years away. He and his wife have four children and have weekends full of soccer and baseball practices, which he helps coach.

Spenser holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

In his free time, Spenser assumes one of the kids is getting into something they shouldn't be.
